A. Our Commitment To Privacy
Your privacy is important to WeIShare, Inc. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

B. The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on weishare.com. When you register to subscribe to weishare.com, the types of personal information we collect are:
   Name
   Address
   Email address
   Phone number 

B1. Accessing and Changing Your Information
You can review the personal information you provided us and make any desired changes to such information, or to the settings for your WeIShare account, at any time by logging in to your account on the WeIShare Web site and changing your preferences in the "My Account" tab. You can also cancel your subscription by contacting us. If you cancel your WeIShare subscription, we will mark your account in our database as "Inactive," but will keep your account information in our database. However, if you close your account, your personally identifiable information will not be used by us for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to prevent fraud and assist law enforcement, or as required by law.

Once a member, you can invite other people to join weishare.com. To do so, you will need to submit information about the other people you want to invite.  In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are:

B2. Web Site Traffic Information
Because of the way that World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave the WeIShare website, we automatically receive the Web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages of our website you visit while you are on the WeIShare website, the type of browser you use and the times you access our website. We use this information only to try to understand our visitors’ and subscribers’ preferences better and to manage the load on our servers, so as to improve our service and your experience with WeIShare. We do not track the websites that you visit before or after you leave the WeIShare site.

B3. Questionnaires, Surveys and Profile Data
From time to time, we offer optional questionnaires and surveys to our subscribers for such purposes as collecting demographic information or assessing subscribers’ interests and needs. The use of the information collected will be explained in detail in the survey itself. If we collect personally identifiable information from our subscribers in these questionnaires and surveys, the subscribers will be given notice of how the information will be used prior to their participation in the survey or questionnaire.

B4. Non-subscriber Invitations
When a subscriber either sends an invitation to an individual who is not a registered subscriber of WeIShare, we will retain the information that the subscriber submits to us, which includes the non-subscriber’s name and email address. Although this information is stored indefinitely, we will not market to the non-subscriber in any way at any time. Additionally, these non-subscribers have the same rights to access and correct information about themselves (assuming that their email addresses were correct enough to reach them) as anyone else who uses WeIShare.

C. How We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when subscribing to weishare.com only to complete registration. We do not share this information with outside parties.

We use the information you provide about someone else when sending an invitation only to deliver the invitation by email, with a salutation that includes the recipient’s name. We do not share this information with outside parties.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We may use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

C1. Our Use of "Cookies"
"Cookies" are small files of data that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you as a WeIShare subscriber. We send a "session cookie" to your computer if and when you log in to your WeIShare account by entering your username and password. These cookies allow us to recognize you if you visit multiple pages site during the same session, so that you don't need to re-enter your password multiple times. Once you log out or close your browser, these session cookies expire and no longer have any effect.

D. Our Commitment To Data Security
WeIShare is committed to handling your subscriber information with high standards of information security. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We restrict access to your personally identifiable information to employees who need to know that information in order to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

The security of your WeIShare account also relies on your protection of your WeIShare password. WeIShare will never ask you to send your password or other sensitive information to us in an e-mail, though we may ask you to enter this type of information on the WeIShare website.

Any e-mail or other communication requesting your password, asking you to provide sensitive account information via email, or linking to a website with a URL that does not begin with http://www.weishare.com/ or https://www.weishare.com should be treated as unauthorized and suspicious and should be reported to WeIShare immediately using this form. If you do share your WeIShare password with a third party for any reason, the third party will have access to your account and your personal information, and you may be responsible for actions taken using your password. If you believe someone else has obtained access to your password, please change it immediately by logging in to your account at www.weishare.com and changing your Password in the My Account settings, and also contact us right away.

E. Our Commitment To Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. However, WeIShare encourages families and friends to join and engage with one another through Community Websites. This engagement allows that pictures, news and other information about children within a community will be shared. WeIShare has strict policies and procedures in place to protect that sensitive information and allow it only to be viewed by authorized members of a Community Website and by authorized WeIShare personnel. If you have any concerns about Children’s Privacy or suspect that non-authorized people have viewed information about a child, please contact us immediately.

F1. Customer Service Correspondence
If you send us correspondence, including e-mails and faxes, we retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from WeIShare to you. We retain these records in order to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud and violations of our Terms of Service. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.

G. Our Contacts with WeIShare Subscribers
We communicate with subscribers on a regular basis via e-mail to provide requested services, and we also communicate by phone to resolve subscriber concerns, questions or complaints. We use your e-mail address to confirm your subscription to WeIShare, to send information about important changes to our products and services, and to send notices and other disclosures required by law. Generally, subscribers cannot opt out of these communications, but they will be primarily informational in nature rather than promotional.

We may also use your e-mail address to send you other types of communications that you can control, including a periodical newsletter, subscriber surveys and notice of special third-party promotions. Once these are made available, you will be able to choose whether to receive some, all or none of these communications by logging in to your account on the WeIShare website and changing your preferences in the My Account tab.

H. Your Use of Information and Our Services
As a WeIShare subscriber, you will have limited access to the contact information of other subscribers’ who are fellow members of a shared community. You may have access to the email address, phone number, street address and other contact information of your fellow community members.

By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you agree that, with respect to other subscribers' personally identifiable information that you obtain through the site, you will only use this information for: (a) personal communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages and any other purpose that your fellow subscriber expressly agrees to after adequate disclosure of the purpose(s)

In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in this Section, can you disclose personally identifiable information about another WeIShare subscriber to any third party without our consent and the consent of such other subscriber after adequate disclosure. Note that law enforcement personnel and other rights holders are given different rights with respect to information they access.

WeIShare does not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you may not add a WeIShare subscriber to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express consent after adequate disclosure.
